v  Your friend for your birthday party’s invitation.

v As you know that day after tomorrow that is on 15 November 2011 is my birthday. I am organizing a party for all my friends to celebrate the day.

v The venue for the party is my residence in Indrapuri Colony and party starts at 7:00 p.m. with cake cutting followed by games, dance and finally dinner. I will be very pleased if you can join us for the occasion. I am looking forward to your company. Your presence will make the occasion even more cherished for me.

v  જેમ તમે જાણો છો કે આવતી કાલે તે પછી 15 નવેમ્બર 2011 ના રોજ મારો જન્મદિવસ છે.

 હું મારા બધા મિત્રો માટે દિવસ ઉજવવા માટે પાર્ટીનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યો છું.

v   ઈન્દ્રાપુરી કોલોનીમાં પક્ષ માટેનું સ્થળ મારું નિવાસ છે અને પાર્ટી 7:00 વાગ્યે શરૂ થાય છે. 

કેક કટીંગ પછી રમતો, નૃત્ય અને અંતે રાત્રિભોજન. જો તમે પ્રસંગ માટે અમારી સાથે જોડાઈ શકો 

તો હું ખૂબ ખુશ થઈશ. હું તમારી કંપનીની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યો છું. તમારી હાજરી મારા માટે આ પ્રસંગને

v  Your friend about how have spent your holidays

·         I am planning to finish all my holidays’ homework in the first week of vacation. I don’t want to carry any burden to spoil my happiness and leisure. In the second week of my vacation my father has planned to take us to Manali. I love mountains! So

·         હું વેકેશનનાં પહેલા અઠવાડિયામાં મારા બધા રજાઓનું હોમવર્ક સમાપ્ત કરવાની યોજના બનાવી રહ્યો છું. હું મારા સુખ અને નવરાશને બગાડવા માટે કોઈ બોજ વહન કરવા માંગતો નથી. મારા વેકેશનના બીજા અઠવાડિયામાં મારા પિતાએ અમને મનાલી લઈ જવાની યોજના બનાવી છે. મને પર્વતો ગમે છે! તેથી

v  Your sister about your future plan

·         I am doing very well in my studies and after my Master's I am planning to go for Ph.D.  I have discussed with you before that I want to pursue Teaching as my career and for that; I need to have Ph.D. so that I can have a good job at the good university.

v  My favourite animal/bird

·         My favourite animal is the dog. The dog is a pet animal. It is a four-footed animal. It has two bright eyes. It has two ears, sharp teeth and a small tail. Dogs are of many kinds. Some dogs have fur on their bodies. The dogs are of different colours. They are of different sizes. મારો પ્રિય પ્રાણી કૂતરો છે. કૂતરો એક પાલતુ પ્રાણી છે. તે ચાર પગવાળા પ્રાણી છે. તેની પાસે બે તેજસ્વી આંખો છે. તેમાં બે કાન, તીક્ષ્ણ દાંત અને એક નાની પૂંછડી છે. ડોગ્સ ઘણા પ્રકારના છે. કેટલાક શ્વાન તેમના શરીર પર ફર હોય છે. કૂતરાં વિવિધ રંગો છે. તેઓ વિવિધ કદના છે.

·         The dog is a very useful and a faithful animal. The dog can swim in the water. It is found everywhere in the world. It loves its master very much. It guards the house from thieves with care. The policemen use dogs in tracing out thieves and criminals.

·         કૂતરો ખૂબ ઉપયોગી અને વફાદાર પ્રાણી છે. કૂતરો પાણીમાં તરી શકે છે. તે વિશ્વમાં દરેક

 જગ્યાએ મળી આવે છે. તે તેના માસ્ટરને ખૂબ પ્રેમ કરે છે. તે ચોરોથી ઘરની સંભાળ રાખે છે.

 પોલીસ ચોરો અને ગુનેગારોને શોધી કાઢવા માટે કુતરાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.

v  A visit to a place of historical importance

·         The Taj at Agra is the most famous historical building in India.

 It is known all over the world as a dream in marble. It was built by Shah J ah an.

 the famous Mughal emperor, in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

 It was built about three centuries ago. More than twenty thousand masons and 

workers built it in about twenty two years. After the completion of the monument,

 as the story goes, their hands were chopped off, so that they could not build the 

pair of the Taj. 

·         આગ્રામાં તાજ ભારતની સૌથી પ્રખ્યાત ઐતિહાસિક મકાન છે. તે સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં આરસપહાણમાં

 સ્વપ્ન તરીકે ઓળખાય છે. તે શાહ જેહ દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવી હતી. પ્રખ્યાત મુગલ સમ્રાટ, તેની

 પ્રિય પત્ની મુમતાઝ મહલની યાદમાં. તે લગભગ ત્રણ સદી પહેલા બાંધવામાં આવ્યું હતું. વીસ હજા

રથી વધુ મેસોન્સ અને કામદારોએ આશરે 20 વર્ષોમાં તેને બનાવ્યું હતું. સ્મારક પૂરું થયા પછી, વાર્તા 

જાય છે તેમ, તેમના હાથ કાપી નાખવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં, જેથી તેઓ તાજની જોડી બનાવી શક્યા નહીં.

·         During the last three centuries, the glory of the Taj has not dimmed the least. It still commands the first position among the buildings of the world. It stands outside the city of Agra on the banks of river, Yamuna. In order to reach the main building, one has to pass through a huge gateway of red stones. There are symmetrical cypress trees sur­rounding the building.

·         છેલ્લા ત્રણ સદીઓ દરમિયાન, તાજની ભવ્યતામાં ઓછામાં ઓછું ઘટાડો થયો નથી. તે હજી પણ વિશ્વની ઇમારતોમાં પ્રથમ સ્થાનને આદેશ કરે છે. તે યમુના નદીના કાંઠે આગ્રા શહેરની બહાર રહે છે. મુખ્ય ઇમારત સુધી પહોંચવા માટે, તમારે લાલ પત્થરોની વિશાળ પ્રવેશદ્વારમાંથી પસાર થવું પડશે. ઇમારતની આસપાસ સમાંતર સીપ્રેસ વૃક્ષો છે.
